emphasizes planning, monitoring and controlling projects. Topics covered
include: project scope definition; plan development and execution;
sequencing, scheduling, and controlling activities for timely completion of
projects. |

four-hour course that discusses how we interact with our internal and
external customers. Through
discussion participants identifies how actions and choices made in each
area of responsibility affects our internal/external customers. |
| Leadership
& Motivation for Technical & Lead Personnel |
A
twelve-hour course that addresses leadership and motivation topics for the
technical and non-technical lead employee. |

Game of Business Finance and Strategy |
An
eight-hour program for all employees to gain a common understanding of how
a business stays successful. The learner will discover how they fit into
the big picture and how they affect the bottom line.
