ISO/TS 16949 COURSES

QS 9000 Training

The ISO/TS 16949 Training consists of two major components: needs assessment and delivery of classroom training modules appropriate for each group identified as needing training.

Needs Assessment - QES uses a needs assessment tool to precisely diagnose the organization's needs so that the training that is needed is provided...no more, no less.

Classroom Training - Trainers use hands on activities and discussion to help participants work while they learn.  This allows participants solve their organization's problems and create their own plans and processes as part of our training exercises.
