Team Problem Solving

A sixteen hour course developed around Disciplined Problem Solving and the Basic Problem Solving Tools.

Continuous Improvement

An eight hour course identifying methods, responsibilities, and topics for continuous improvement activities.

5S

A eighteen hour course that defines the 5S steps and techniques developed in Japan used for preparing a company for a solid Continuous Improvement Program.

Kaizen

An eight hour course provides and introduction to the Kaizen Continuous Improvement concept and key concerns in implementing and maintaining Kaizen in the workplace.

Kaizen – Problem Solving Skills

A sixteen hour course provides various tools and techniques companies can use to improve the performance of work processes.

Design of Experiments

Utilizing Taguchi Concepts

 

A twenty-four hour course introducing the student to the basic techniques developed by Dr. Genichi Taguchi for reliability developing products and processes.  The emphasis of this course is on practical application and is developed for the non-statistician.

Provide working knowledge of Taguchi’s concepts of Designed Experiments and to apply Taguchi analysis to organize and analyze efficient experiments for developing and troubleshooting of products and processes.  The Major Focus is to select and perform one experiment on "real" work experience.

TPM - Maintenance for Operators

A ten hour course on Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance for operators, team leaders and supervisors.
